November 19 Farewell Nur Aliana, "Hello to all my friends, especially Mrs Heng. I will miss all of you because today is the last day of school. I am going to 3 Courage but only Kenji and Elvan are going to 3 Courage. I want to say this to my friends, I miss you and I wish all of you will be good students and you must work hard."
Sarah, "Today is the last day of school. I feel sad to leave 2 Grace but I am so happy that I am going to the best class in Primary 3 next year. Anyway, I do not want to leave Primary 2 Grace because it is the best class I ever had. I won't forget the happy moments I had with my friends and teachers. I like Mrs Heng because she is funny and kind."
Elvan, "It is fun to have Mrs Heng as a teacher. I really miss Mrs Heng. I want to be in Mrs Heng's class."
Darren, " I feel happy that I have learnt many things in P2. Wei Jie and I played together and had fun. I enjoy being with Wei Jie. Wei Jie and I walk together. He will play with me."
Celine, "I felt sad leaving all my friends. We were split into different classes. I will miss all my best friends like Jinglin, Jing Ying, Sarah and Susan. I am going to miss my form teacher, Mrs Heng. She taught me all year long and now it is going to end. All I can do is to give my teacher a present. All the best to my fellow friends and good luck next year to all my Primary 2 Grace friends."
Hermann, "Dear Kenji, I wish you could be in the same class as me but you can't, too bad. When we are in P3 next year, I want to meet you everyday at the Speakers Corner. I will cherish you in my heart forever! I wish you good luck! Bye, bye, I will meet you next year."
Kai Ling, "I am sad to leave my friends and you, Mrs Heng! Can you be my teacher? Do you know who is my best friend in this class? I will tell you. They are Sarah, Clara, Kar Hin, Celine, Jing Lin, Jing Ying and Susan. I am sad to leave them but Celine and I will be in the same class next year. Why don't you be our form teacher? Hahaha! Mrs Heng, you are a good teacher. Madam Siti, Miss Ang and Mrs Heng are the best teachers I ever had! Mrs Heng, I will work hard and get higher marks next year."
 November 15 Promotion Day Today is Promotion Day, i.e. all the pupils will meet their new classmates for 2008 as the teachers will be arranging them according to their 2008 classes.
November 13 Back to school for Mrs Heng
Mrs Heng is not in GRPS today. She is attending a workshop at St Andrew Secondary School on Making use of Blogs for Teaching and Learning. She created another blog on Blogger and the address is http://mrskristinheng.blogspot.com/
November 09 Ice Cream PartyWe have an ice cream party to celebrate the end of the term and to reward those who have put in a lot of hard work for the year. Special thanks to parents of Javier, Susan, Edmund, Shawn and Celine for sponsoring the following:
a) bowls, spoons & tissue paper (Javier)
b) fruits (Shawn & Celine)
c) chocolate rice (Susan)
d) a tub of ice cream (Edmund)
Not forgetting our form teacher, Mrs Kristin Heng, who brought the rest of the ice cream to feed the class and bread to go with the ice cream.
It was a pity that Irfan and Faris could not join in the fun as they were absent.
On 9th November 2007, I had an ice cream party with my classmates and teacher, Mrs Kristin Heng. My favourite ice cream was the chocolate chips ice-cream. All the ice cream was delicious. Some of my friends said that the ice cream which I contributed was the best. I wish I can have another ice cream party next year.
I love to eat all the different flavours of ice- creams during the ice-cream party. My favourite one was jolly-jelly. Mmm… I can still feel the taste in my mouth! I also enjoyed taking photographs of Mrs Heng and all my friends. We may be going to different classes next year but my friends and I will remember eating ice-cream together forever. I am very happy when the ice cream party started. My friends bought fruits. Mrs Heng gave us different ice cream. We had durian, strawberry, sweet corn, vanilla, chocolate chips and many more. This day will etch in my memory forever. Written by Celine Chua
I like the ice cream party very much. My favourite ice cream us the durian ice cream. I think the funniest part of the party was when Jing Ying would not let us take pictures of her face. When all the ice cream went into my mouth, my mouth became frozen. It is the coolest party ever!
On 9 November, Friday, our teacher, Mrs Heng brought us to the Icook room to have our ice cream party. We have a lot of different tubs of ice cream. The ice cream is very nice. I try all the flavors of ice cream. I love the Jolly Jelly very much. It has vanilla, strawberry and some chocolate chip on it. It is very yummy. I hope to have it again. Written by Lee Jing Ying

I enjoyed the party. The ice cream I like most is sweet corn flavor. The sweet corn is very nice. I wish my P3 form teacher will give us a party as well.
November 07 KidznetThe KidzNet programme is a modified netball programme developed for 6 to 10 years old. The emphasis is on fun, active participation and the development of basic netball skills. Objective This programme aims to teach children basic netball skills through modified games using modified equipment (e.g. shorter goal posts and smaller netball). The emphasis is on providing an enjoyable learning environment, which teaches children not only psychomotor skills, but other aspects in child development such as communication and cooperation skills, as netball is a team game.
Primary 2 Grace pupils went through 3 sessions (1 hour each time, once a week) in September and here are what they have to say after the programme.
Kidznet is a very fun programme. I learn many things. I learnt shoulder pass and chest pass. I love to play the games. They are very fun. I want to play them again. I enjoyed myself very much.
It is great fun to play with my classmates. There is always great shouts of joy during the game. We are divided into groups to compete with one another. We would like to come to play again.
